general information

This spot breaks maybe a couple of times a year during the winter. It is an offshore bommy breaking about 2.5km out to sea and needs 20ft+ of swell. When working usually gets ridden by various European tows in crews. On the 10th of March 03 Sebastian St Jean was towed into a 66ft monster in the XXL final. This wave can be seen from the cliff top between Socoa and Hendaye.
