general information
A freight train left when it's on offering long hollow rides which are pretty consistent. It does work on all stages of the tide but will be at it's meanest at the low water mark. The best way to get out to the lineup is to jump into the lagoon to the left of the break as you look at it from the carpark and take the dry hair paddle out around the back of the peak. Watch for the strong sweep down the point when exiting the break and the urchins on the reef as you walk back across it to the carpark.
To find it drive through the village of La Caleta de Famara due south and follow the unsealed road to the carpark in frontof the break. Pack a spare board and plenty of respect as the locals here will take no shit.
