general information

This spot is slightly more consistent than the spots further east as it has a little more exposure to the northwesterly winds needed to whip up a wave here. Check it after a stong northwesterly has been blowing for a while and get on it quickly before it craps out and loses power. The break to the east of the pier is the best offering a little wind and current protection.
