A pretty popular spot that will always be crowded with all manner of ocean going craft. The harbour wall offers protection from a southwesterly wind. It can be a slowish wave that lends itself to longboarding but it does pick up heaps of swell. Watch out for the groynes along the beach, especially at high tide.
