general information

Main Beach or Lighthouse as it is also known is the primary surf area for Ballina. Easy to find by following the signs to East Ballina past Shaws Bay and on to the end of the road.

A short beach with a surf club, it can produce quality beach breaks in the right conditions. Sand banks will determine how good the waves are. If there are no waves at Main, a short stroll to North Wall is a good option.
