general information
A top quality right hand point break, said to be the best on Phillip Island, it's certainly the gnarliest. Surfable only at mid to high tide it throws up a square barrel which speedily runs off down the reef so close to the kelp covered sea bed it boils all the way. There is no room for hesitation on take off and a wipeout could end in tears, especially on bigger days. It will hold to double overhead and is best in a south to southwest swell and northerly winds.
