general information
Home of the foolish and crazy brave. Blue Fish Point is the grandfather of Fairy Bower, lying well south of the point and around a bombora style reef on North Head - entrance to Sydney Harbour. This break is only safely surfed in massive southerly swells where the wave will break further out from the harsh vertical cliffs of the headland. A southerly swell will do it's best to ush the wave out to deeper water but even then it's only marginal. Complete suicide in any other swell or in wind affected conditions. Only a ahandful of surfers have braved this spot - have you got the minerals?
