general information

A super heavy sucking wave, hence the name. It's very popular with body boarders and hellman short stick riders and it is a serious rival to Shark Island, some say better. It's not as crowded due to it's isolation and trickier access. To get here head north out of Cronulla towards the National Park, turn left just before the Caltex station down Sir. Joseph Banks drive and park in the small carpark at the end of the road.
