Located north of Hikkaduwa and a whole lot less busy, there are several large resort type hotels around here but not too many surfers. It offers punchy lefts and rights over shifting sandbanks and like many exposed Sri Lankan Beach breaks along this coast, it can be isolated and rippy when bigger swells hit so take care. Works on all tides.
