general information

Meaning "end of the river", Acamar is a big wave Caribbean spot with tow in potential. Seek the passage of an extensive hurricane event to the south. Midway between Jamaica and Haiti makes this a difficult spot to reach but rest assured that you will have the break to yourself.

The wave itself is a semi offshore reef just to the south of the island. An intense ride spilling out into clear bluewater. Uncharted bomboras add to the mirth and mayhem of piloting a boat around these waters.

50-100m
