The entire SW of Madagascar is framed by a series of coral reefs that are only coming onto the surfing radar now. Sharks are a big problem here so it is often refreshing to surf with a few people around. This wave is typical of some of the talent in the area. an offshore reef with a wrapping left that is reminiscent of Restaurants in Fiji. Best on the higher tides. Access by boat.
