general information

The best wave here is the fast left hander breaky over a rocky sand bar formed by the outflow from the river entering Honomanu Bay. There is also a shorter right breaking under the cliffs at the eastern end of the bay and is more sheltered from the trade winds. A bit out of the way, crowds here should not be too much of a problem with everyone enjoying mostly fun rippable walls.
