general information
A set of reefs lie in front of the breakwater at Lahaina Marina, that can produce world class waves. Pretty consistent year-round, but the real jewel is the long hollow lefts that break towards the northern end of the breakwater in a summer south swell. Towards the southern end of the breakwater a peak provides other options, and this is where the rights come alive in a good winter north swell.
Being so close to town and with the possibility of epic waves, you'll be sharing the waves with a throng of people, particularly when it's small.
