general information

Powerful and intimidating left hand point break at the far north of Cayton Bay, definatly only for the experienced. Breaks up to 10-12ft producing long chocolate brown barrels that suck and dredge off the shallow boulder reef. To quote local guy JT, "If you wanna scare yourself, take a walk over the reef at low tide" lots of large boulders and holes to get stuffed into. Acces is via the cliff path down through the forest then either a long paddle wide of the break or a short well timed jump and paddle off the point.
