general information

Out from the Durras Lakes entrance lies a sandy rock-reef that has the potential to produce classic waves. Nothing better than a south coast reef going off! However it's pretty fickle really requiring a long groundswell and glassy or offshore nor'westers. outflow from the lakes provides for some strong rips and the occasional shark.
