Located near the northern most tip of the island, Praia Brava is an east-facing beach in a popular tourist area. It houses a nice beach break with fast lefts and right. In an ENE swell check the lefts at the northern end and in a larger ESE swell check the rigthts at the souther end. Like most of the beaches it is crowded in summer, but like all of Brazils beaches that's not always a bad thing....
