Matsube is Just west of Malibu in the same bay. It is another reef break that has potential to go off. The right is the primary wave though there is a short left. With a solid typhoon from the southeast Matsube can get very hollow and powerful. But mostly it's going to be small. Like most of the waves close to Tokyo there will be plenty of surfers here from newbes to wannabe pros, regardless of wave size or quality, though when it breaks properly, it is best left to those with experience.
