Located on the south western tip of Grand Cayman, South Sound provides a shallow reef that with some decent swell can throw up some decent waves. However these decent swell events are few and far between and so if there are waves they are likely to be mushy. Best bet is from a Hurricane swell later summer/early Spring, or late winter cold fronts, which can yield swells northwest through south and see some waves here.
