general information

Agiba Beach lies about 30 km west from Marsa Matrouh City. At the western end is a small cove that sometimes gets a fast left point break off the rocks, that can get quite hollow in the right conditions. When working it's shallow and can pack a punch over sharp rock-reef and is best left to experienced surfers. Agiba means ‘wonder’ or ‘miraculous’ in Arabic, and when this breaks you will stare in wonder.
