Now a regular feature of the XXL big wave awards, this spot is an outer reef on northern coast of Spain near the village of Zumaia. It is located outside and a few hundred metres east of another well known charger spot: Roca Puta. Relies on a monster swell from a North Atlantic winter storm and can produce some of the biggest waves on the planet. Best left for tow-ins, hellman, and those trying to win an XXL award.
