general information

South of the town of Marigot on the north Atlantic at the south end of Anse Charpentier. This is probably the most well known spot on the island, not for it's access, but for it's quality. Quick drop into a right hander freight train barrel over a shallow urchin covered reef. Boogies like it, and surfers with the skill to handle it love it. Make sure you are up to it before paddling out as it can be dangerous at the wrong times. Evidenced by the fact that swimming is prohibited by municipal ordinance.
